Medical Students, Health workers Chart Course for Repositioning Healthcare

Students and healthcare practitioners have been charged to be more compassionate when attending to patients as this will lead transformation of the of healthcare system in the world.

The advice was given by Dr. Robin Youngson, a New Zealand Anesthesiologist and founder of Hearts in Healthcare at the 2017 Healthcare Leadership Summer School that held in Kentucky, United States of America.

According to Robin, Doctors have become too busy with the workload thus neglecting compassion which is supposed to be the core of healthcare....

University of Benin SUG president Lauretta Oyemwenosa Obakpolo has launched her first book titled "The Expedition" in a trio events that took place in UNIBEN Main Auditorium on penultimate Friday. The events include a memorial lecture in honour of William Ubong a student who was murdered on January 27th, 1997 for his campus advocacy.
